Description
• Retrieve, organize and perform analysis on data • Analyze complex types of fee-for-service provider contracts • Present results against budgets and benchmarks • Perform medical cost analysis and produce complex ad hoc reports • Utilize, maintain and develop pricing models and medical cost tracking tools • Provide consultative support to network managers • Work cross-functionally within the region
Requirements
• 2 or more years of experience in healthcare industry and/or analytics • Demonstrates initiative, innovation and leadership in achieving results • Demonstrates critical thinking and expresses ideas clearly • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple projects concurrently • 3 years experience as a project manager or similar role • Knowledge of provider contracting, provider reimbursement, patient management, product and benefits design • Strong analytical ability and familiarity with advanced financial and healthcare concepts
