Description

• Collaborate with colleagues in HR, Recruiting, and Finance on compensation programs • Manage compensation administration, plan documentation, and implementation of compensation programs • Conduct annual compensation benchmarking and competitive analysis • Provide metrics and data for HR dashboards and analysis • Lead projects and system implementations related to compensation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, HR, or related discipline • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in managing compensation programs • Strong analytical skills and Excel skills required to analyze data, create models, reports, and dashboards • Ability to manage and maintain confidential information • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain and present technical topics to all levels of employees • Experience in equity compensation, administration, and executive pay preferred • Understanding of accounting regulations related to equity compensation is a plus • Knowledge and/experience with US Affirmative Action planning requirements a plus • Demonstrated technical expertise and experience with HRIS systems • Knowledge of Workday preferred
