Description

• Conducts analysis of program data and performance indicators. • Assists in planning and development of programs. • Tracks project progress and ensures adherence to deadlines. • Engages with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback. • Identifies and assesses risks associated with program implementation. • Manages program-related data and documentation. • Develops and implements monitoring and evaluation plans. • Provides support to junior analysts.

Requirements

• 2-3 years' project or program management experience. • 2+ years of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint experience). • Visio, Excel, SharePoint experience. • High level problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Attention to detail is crucial. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
