📋 Description

• Develops expert knowledge of the healthcare marketplace and pharmacy benefits management industry. • Analyzes and forecasts client data to ensure competitive pricing offers. • Uses SAS for data analytics, adhering to client requests and plan designs. • Communicates key takeaways to internal partners. • Adapts to changing requirements and methodologies. • Collaborates on ad-hoc projects as needed. • Works with Strategic Proposals Management and Underwriting teams for enhanced pricing options. • Communicates complex findings in an understandable way.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-4 years of analytics experience analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing large data sets. • Bachelor's degree required (Experience may be substituted at our discretion). • Demonstrated experience using business analytics to problem solve data-driven questions. • Ability to communicate complex analytic findings and conclusions in an easy-to-understand way. • Ability to appropriately prioritize competing client requests to ensure focus on highest impact activities. • Ability to interact with others in a collegial and professional manner; leverage team resources to support assigned clients; help foster teamwork and knowledge sharing to complete key tasks. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines. • Knowledge of SAS or SQL is preferred. • Prior experience or knowledge of pharmaceuticals or health care industry is preferred.
