• Lead integration of health equity into clinical protocols. • Design programs to decrease health disparities. • Primary contact for health equity program and product design. • Maintain competitiveness in responding to RFPs. • Oversee projects to implement health equity strategies. • Develop provider health equity strategy.
Requirements
• Approximately 10+ years of experience in population health or health equity strategies. • Knowledge of health equity best practices and principles. • Expertise in Medicaid and Medicare policy. • Experience leading quality improvement projects. • Experience working with provider networks to improve health outcomes. • Ability to connect initiatives across multiple business functions.
