• Full time, 40 hours/week, remote in North Carolina • Requires proficiency in telephonic and group coaching • Coaching to promote members in achieving optimal health • Comprehensive evaluation of member’s health status • Develops plans of care in collaboration with members • Follows compliance with regulatory guidelines
Requirements
• 3+ years of health and wellness coaching experience required • Bachelor’s degree in health-related field • Certification in health and wellness coaching • Experience facilitating health/wellness presentations • Experience in wellness areas such as weight management, tobacco cessation, and nutrition • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications • Ability to communicate and problem solve effectively
