Description

• Be a key contributor to the JCA EXIM Engineering Team by conducting comprehensive technical assessments related to the export or import controls to ensure compliance with government regulations • Manage small projects and/or act as a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) point of contact (PoC) • Provide guidance and influence others on U.S Export Controls - including policies, procedures, and classifications • Work with minimal oversight from manager and assist with difficult and complex Export Classifications • Support Global Trade (GT) organization by responding to JCA questions and information provided by USG agencies

Requirements

• Typically requires Bachelor's degree and 5 years of prior professional experience OR in absence of a degree, 9 years of professional experience • Minimum 5 years of experience with the U.S. Government (USG) U.S. Munitions List (USML) and Commerce Control List (CCL) • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
