Description

• Seeking a ServiceNow Technical Product Owner with IT Asset Management expertise. • Act as a liaison to Product Owners/Managers across the ServiceNow Platform. • Participate in demand board and roadmap planning for ITAM. • Coach the team in Agile roles and oversee consulting resources. • Represent team progress in weekly status meetings and planning sessions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role. • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow administration, testing management, and platform engineering. • Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM), CMDB, and other ServiceNow capabilities. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong understanding of Agile Framework and Scaled Agile. • Ability to manage upward and deliver negative news. • Self-managed, self-directed, self-motivated, with commitment to Agile process. • Servant leader and strategic thinker.
