📋 Description

• CVS Health is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Product Owner to join our Aetna Digital product team. • Drive the strategy, development, and execution of innovative digital products that enhance and simplify the healthcare experience for our members. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging data-driven insights to create solutions. • Responsible for leading a team that builds the frameworks used by the Aetna Health Customization team to support Single Sign-Ons, API integrations and Automated Testing.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of digital product owner experience or similar role, preferably in healthcare. • Proven track record of launching successful digital solutions. • 5+ years of experience writing users stories, maintaining & prioritizing the backlog. • Proven skills in managing teams and multiple projects, specifically those in a complex organization and spanning multiple planning iterations. • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. • SAFe Agile experience. • 3+ years of experience working with common workflow tools (e.g., Rally, Jira). • At least 1 year working with single-sign on technologies (SAML and/or OIDC). • At least 1 year's experience building and integrating APIs. • At least 1 year working with Selenium Testing Frameworks. • Database Knowledge, SQL Server, Amazon Web Services, Rally, Analytical Tools.
