• Utilization management is a 24/7 operation. • Work schedules will include weekends, holidays, and evenings. • Apply critical thinking in clinically appropriate treatment. • Assess appropriateness of treatment plans across levels of care. • Coordinate and monitor healthcare services for members.
Requirements
• Active and unrestricted RN or behavioral health license in AZ. • 3+ years of behavioral health clinical practice experience. • 2+ years experience with MS Office Suite applications. • 1+ year of experience with electronic medical records. • Willing to work Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM AZ time. • Willing to provide on-call UM coverage as required.
