📋 Description
• Work with existing accounts to accelerate adoption of SimpliGov technology • Help customers fully utilize the platform and answer deep technical questions • Accelerate adoption by utilizing data and knowledge of platform • Meet or exceed targets for customer adoption • Provide clear and concise reporting back to management
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or at least 3+ years SaaS adoption consultant experience • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills • Strong technical knowledge of CSP and/or IPM, particularly in workflow automation and forms management • Warm but goal-oriented mentality with a strong desire to be successful • Self-motivated, resilient, and confident • Ability to develop relationships and work with a variety of audiences • Enthusiastic about working in a startup environment and contributing to the digital transformation of the public sector
