Description
• Remote Utilization Management Nurse Consultant role involves 4 ten-hour shifts weekly. • Responsible for coordinating, documenting, and communicating utilization management programs. • Evaluate options to facilitate appropriate healthcare services for members. • Collaborate with providers to ensure optimal care delivery. • Assesses clinical information using established criteria for coverage determination.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse. • Active RN licensure in state of residence. • 1+ years of clinical experience in acute or post acute setting. • Strong technology skills with Excel (preferred). • Managed Care experience (preferred).
