🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. • 8+ years of experience in program management within a cloud/SaaS software development environment. • Proven track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional technical programs. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Scrum) • Experienced with Cloud/SaaS software delivery model, scrum boards, sprint planning, and related tasks. • Experienced and ready to use the following tools: Jira, Confluence, Github, Excel, Smartsheet, Powerpoint. • Additional desired experience in Grafana, Aha, and Jellyfish. • Skilled at evaluating complex data to drive strategic, evidence-based decisions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams • Ability to work in fast paced environment. Quick response to emails/slack notifications and follow ups. • Exceptional organizational and problem solving skills • Results-driven with a proactive and collaborative approach
