Description

• CyberCube is looking for a Head of Engineering to join the executive team of a rapidly growing Series C InsureTech business • Leading and mentoring a team of engineering leaders to provide technical leadership in the development of a data-driven cyber analytics platform • Collaborating with other members of the leadership team while supplying expertise and guidance on projects, operations, and systems • Managing a distributed team across the globe and transforming engineering processes to ensure scalability and efficiency

Requirements

• Extensive native public cloud engineering experience (AWS is a plus but gCloud and MSFT clouds work as well) • Experience in compute- and data-heavy platform building (petabyte-scale data and building complex multi-source data lakes) • Experience developing sophisticated B2B SaaS applications • Experience establishing, communicating, and implementing engineering and development policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent operations
