Description

• Manage managers and engineers building minware’s software. • Work with product leaders to define minware’s roadmap and product strategy. • Have ultimate responsibility for minware’s reliability, availability, performance, quality, and security. • Oversee minware’s software architecture and backlog of quality, technical debt, and other engineering-led improvement areas. • Coach managers and engineers to provide career development. • Lead hiring strategy and execution for minware’s engineering team.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing other managers building modern full-stack applications, including both application • Experience leading DevOps and security functions • Experience analyzing and reporting data related to engineering team productivity and delivery • Strong communication skills and high empathy for interfacing with non-technical stakeholders and occasionally with customers • Well-versed in agile or lean planning and project management processes • Start-up experience building an engineering organization from scratch for a B2B SaaS product is highly desired
