Description

• Responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing creation of innovative courses. • Collaborate with SMEs, graphic designers, and team members for impactful training programs. • Manage multiple projects supporting course creation and deployment. • Ensure learning materials meet accessibility standards, such as Section 508 compliance and WCAG.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in instructional design and eLearning content development. • Proficiency in eLearning development tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, and SCORM/xAPI. • Familiarity with LMS platforms such as Blackboard Ultra. • Strong skills in graphic design tools like Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. • Excellent project management, communication, and time management skills. • Knowledge of accessibility compliance standards. • Strong background in cybersecurity with relevant certifications preferred.
