📋 Description

• Cyclotron is looking for a Presales Team Lead in the Employee Experience Practice. • Responsible for people management and delivery oversight for presales of team members. • Provide direct presales support to more strategic opportunities. • Skilled in Change Leadership delivery and understanding AI/Copilot. • Work in a consulting environment providing client solutions around Microsoft products.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment, with a passion for driving positive change and continuous improvement • 5-10+ years leading large-scale change efforts by developing effective change leadership plans to achieve business outcomes • Significant experience with change leadership methodologies and best practices • Significant experience with IT / Microsoft experience, including but not limited to: Copilot Viva Tenant Migrations • Experience developing and implementing solid change plans to achieve business value • Ability to interact with all levels of the client’s organization, including executive level stakeholders, and gain alignment on change activities • Clear communication skills – both written and verbal, including the ability to collaborate with client subject matter experts for validating / updating communications and /or training content • Presentation skills - Ability to clearly develop and articulate messages to a variety of audiences • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts • Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new business processes and applications and work independently • Ability to manage and execute change activities with the flexibility to adjust plans quickly, as needed • Additional Knowledge & Skills Consulting experience within the Microsoft company ecosystem • Change management certification a plus
