📋 Description

• Cyderes is a pure-play, full life-cycle cybersecurity services provider specializing in managed security services. • The Chief Marketing Officer will lead marketing initiatives for demand generation and brand positioning.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of executive and global marketing leadership, providing strategic input to marketing and business strategy. • Experience in B2B enterprise, high-growth, managed services or tech enabled services companies. Experience in security managed services and PE-backed companies preferred. • Track record of leading and developing high performance marketing teams with ownership of all facets, including demand generation (online and offline), brand, creative, product marketing, content marketing, communications/PR, events insights and analytics. • Expertise in building and running highly successful, metrics-driven digital campaigns. Deep understanding of a highly predictable demand generation machine – conversion rates, attribution, investment models. • Demonstrated success building brand awareness across key influencers including analysts, thought leaders, industry experts and press. • Highly motivational and capable of communicating clearly, logically and with a high level of conviction at the executive level. • Experience working with international teams and geographically distributed companies. • Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others.
