Requirements

• Team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities. • Strong customer focus, prioritizing customer satisfaction. • Prior experience collaborating with Development teams. • Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (e.g., Python or equivalent), and hands-on experience with cloud environments. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey knowledge effectively to prospects and customers. • Capability to work with both business and technical audiences, leading business requirement meetings, technical whiteboarding exercises, and coding/debugging sessions with clients. • Aptitude for translating technical needs when collaborating with Product and R&D teams. • Previous experience in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Solutions Architect, Customer Success Engineer, Professional Services, Technical Support, Sales Engineer). • An entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset, with experience in managing customer challenges and driving them to resolution. • Advantage: Technical Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics).
