Description

• Cymulate’s Continuous Security Validation enables companies to challenge, assess and optimize their cyber-security posture. • The ideal candidate will define and drive the go-to-market strategy, recruit and develop top sales talent, and lead exponential revenue growth in the APJ market. • Execute the APJ territory go-to-market plan, integrating sales, marketing, and channel strategies to drive growth. • Cultivate and manage key client relationships while meeting sales and revenue targets. • Oversee accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and provide progress updates using CRM systems. • Guide daily operations to meet the region’s revenue growth plans and objectives. • Design and manage incentive programs to motivate the sales team and achieve sales targets. • Build and mentor a world-class sales team, setting the foundation for success across APJ.

Requirements

• Experience: 15+ years in sales with a proven record of leading and managing teams to achieve targets in a high-growth environment. • Achievement-Oriented: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding growth and expansion targets. • Leadership in Complex Sales: Experience in leading sales teams within enterprise settings and complex client acquisition-driven businesses. • Cybersecurity Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of cybersecurity and familiarity with the APJ market. • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in delivering presentations and negotiating with key stakeholders. • Goal-Driven Mindset: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, competitive, and results-oriented leader.
