Description

• As an Enterprise Applications Business Systems Analyst (BSA) you will partner with internal stakeholders to build and support integration improvements • Identify and resolve system issues, and pursue opportunities for increased efficiency of Salesforce (CRM) and Workday implementations to achieve defined business goals • Support existing integrations and functionality by monitoring and be the primary support for business teams • Act as primary liaison between the Enterprise Applications team and the business • Help with master data requests and system configuration, testing, documentation of the requirements and systems changes • Act as an Enterprise Application Security Admin and be a liaison between IT and Business • Work with the Director, Enterprise Applications on audit and maintain security permissions that can pass both internal and external audit checks • Translate business requirements to system functional design • Possess strong communication and documentation skills and pro-actively communicate any findings or road-blocks on time to the Director of Enterprise applications

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Math • 2-3 years working with IT Enterprise Applications • Experience working with at least one Enterprise application (ERP), such as SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Oracle • Strong independent technical troubleshooting skills • Report development skills using CRM, Finance and HCM business concepts • Working experience of Salesforce Profiles, Permission sets, Custom permissions, OWD settings, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, Custom fields, Custom Profiles, Flows, Dataloader • Build new Data Loader, and troubleshoot any existing Data Loaders • Experience building dynamic lightning pages • Understand the business processes and map them to any of the enterprise systems • Understand the conditional rules and show passion to apply them in real life use cases • Strong communication and documentation skills • Prioritization of day-to-day activities and long-term project-oriented tasks is essential • The position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills
