📋 Description

• Manage, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines to enhance developer productivity. • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (Terraform) to streamline and standardize deployments. • Ensure scalability, performance, and security of developer tools and environments. • Collaborate with software development teams to implement and integrate new tools, platforms, and automation solutions. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure issues, ensuring high availability and performance. • Manage both cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure, maintaining compliance with security requirements. • Implement security best practices across development and deployment environments. • Provide support and guidance on DevOps best practices to internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance. • Proven experience in a DevOps Engineer role or similar, managing CI/CD pipelines and developer tools. • Proficiency with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Strong scripting skills (Go, Python) for automation and infrastructure management. • Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, or similar) and logging solutions (OpenTelemetry). • Strong understanding of networking, security protocols, and access control management. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a high-security environment. • Experience working on DoD IL5+ accredited DevSecOps pipelines (preferred). • Knowledge of security compliance frameworks (NIST, FEDRAMP, CMMC, etc.) (preferred). • Previous experience supporting large developer teams (50+) building SaaS/PaaS products (preferred).
