• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and demo complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple presales engagements in parallel. • Strong rapport-building skills with customers, ensuring a positive presence throughout the sales cycle. • A passion for AI and Generative AI technologies and the ability to effectively communicate their value to customers. • Experience in a customer-facing technical role, with a solid understanding of SaaS solutions and B2B enterprise customers. • Familiarity with AI technologies, particularly Generative AI, and the ability to discuss technical aspects with confidence. • Experience in configuring and setting up technical environments for POCs and demos. • Proficiency with tools such as Postman, Insomnia, or similar for API testing, and familiarity with GitHub or similar source control platforms is a plus. • Strong analytical skills to assess platform performance and provide actionable insights to optimize customer experiences. • Prior experience in the insurance or InsurTech industry. • Hands-on experience with configuring and testing AI-based products.
