Description
• A highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our team • Source and engage with potential candidates, including Orthodontists, Pediatric Dentists, Hygienists, and dental staff • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online research and networking • Establish and maintain relationships with D4C dental offices • Screen potential candidates through phone, text and email communications • Engage with candidates regarding job opportunities and career advancement • Attend on-campus recruiting activities and Job Fairs as needed • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in our recruitment database • Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Requirements
• 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing and recruiting DENTAL or HEALTHCARE professionals is REQUIRED • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), databases and other recruitment tools • Familiarity with orthodontic and pediatric dental terminology, procedures, and industry trends is preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and build relationships • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
