Description
• Coordinate, manage and direct the construction process to achieve restaurant openings in a timely manner. • Perform site inspections of projects to determine performance of design standards. • Recommend solutions to conflicts that arise during construction. • Maintain accurate project documentation to provide direction for improvements.
Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. • 3 to 5 years of directly related experience as a construction project manager or job superintendent, required. • Experience working within a franchisor organization, preferably a QSR brand. • Strong negotiating skills. • Excellent follow-through skills to close out assigned construction projects and follow through on resolving issues. • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects and requests simultaneously, within an intense, deadline-driven environment. • Strong knowledge of building systems; electrical, plumbing and HVAC. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to a variety of audiences.
