• About Us • Daisy is a tech-driven residential property management company on a mission to improve the way people live by transforming the way buildings run. • In just three years, we’ve grown to manage over 150 buildings. • Our team is collaborative, moves quickly, and is passionate about disrupting an outdated industry and making a real difference in people’s lives. • About the Role • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Vendor Operations Associate to join our onshore team. • This junior role supports the Vendor Operations Manager by managing day-to-day interactions with vendors in the property management space, including plumbers, electricians, boiler technicians, pest control specialists, and others. • The Vendor Operations Associate will play a pivotal role in ensuring vendor services are executed efficiently, contracts are managed effectively, and our proprietary ticketing system is leveraged to deliver exceptional service to the buildings we manage. • This role requires a collaborative individual with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of vendor operations within property management.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a property management, facilities coordination, or vendor operations role. • Familiarity with managing vendors in areas such as plumbing, electrical work, pest control, or boiler systems is preferred. • Proficiency in ticketing or task management systems. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with vendors and internal teams. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in record-keeping and reporting.
