Description

•Legal and administrative support for debt and tax equity financings of utility-scale energy storage and solar projects •Assist internal finance counsel and commercial finance team with preparing and closing project and corporate financings •Enhance internal transaction processes and ancillary document templates for efficiency and compliance •Support compliance with financing post-closing obligations •Prepare initial drafts, review and update various transactional and corporate governance documents •Assist with documentation and filings related to external counsel engagement, invoice approval, billing and vendor onboarding process •Provide general transactional, administrative and organizational support as needed

Requirements

•Minimum of 5 years of experience in paralegal, law clerk or contract management supporting renewable energy project financings •Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate or other certification applicable to the role •Ability to interact with people at all levels of the corporate structure •Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Word, Excel and Power Point •Excellent organizational and planning skills with meticulous attention to detail •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills •Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills •Highest standards of ethics and integrity •Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, including a proactive work ethic
