• Lead key total rewards strategic initiatives like annual compensation cycle and career tracks. • Manage integration of compensation and total rewards programs for acquired companies. • Develop communication strategies to drive awareness and understanding of total rewards. • Monitor and adapt to external trends for total rewards programs. • Design and implement wellbeing initiatives tailored to regional needs. • Ensure compliance with local laws and cultural sensitivity in compensation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, or Master’s/Doctoral degree with 12+ years of experience. • Strong understanding of innovative compensation design principles and practices, including equity-based compensation and M&A. • Broad knowledge of associate benefits programs, including health and retirement plans. • Knowledge of immigration and mobility programs. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
