• Responsible for support of the national service management in the immunology product area • First point of contact in immunology support for technicians in event of technical problems • Competent and independent problem and error analysis of incoming enquiries in event of system anomalies • Coordinating problem solutions and rectifying faults in collaboration with service technicians • Training customers and technicians • Harmonization and introduction of national service standards and service processes including work instructions • Supporting technicians in the event of device-related escalations • Supporting sales and marketing when organizing events, such as workshops and trade fairs, and for ongoing projects

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of field service experience with proven success in field service • Strong technical knowledge (mechanics/electronics) • Capacity to working independently but also in (international) teams • Willing to take responsibility for maintaining technical stability in the relevant product areas (automation) while ensuring and further developing device performance • Applicable knowledge of regulations and standards concerning IVDs • Fluent in German and English • Willingness to travel around • Valid driving license • Experience in a technical service organization ideally in the health care business
