β’ Partner with data transformation, product and commercial teams on complex legal matters. β’ Draft and negotiate a wide range of complex legal contracts. β’ Provide salient legal advice to technology, product and commercial teams. β’ Develop and improve contractual templates, policies and procedures. β’ Stay current on applicable laws, rules, regulations, regulatory guidance, and industry codes.
π― Requirements
β’ JD degree from an accredited U.S. law school and active bar membership in good standing. β’ A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house legal department. β’ Bachelorβs degree with 6+ years of related work experience OR Masterβs degree in field with 3+ years of related work experience. β’ Transactions or litigation experience in the medical diagnostics or healthcare industry (preferred). β’ Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of agreements (preferred). β’ Experience in advanced technology or software product development (preferred).
