📋 Description

• Responsible for providing legal counsel for commercial real estate services business lines across the U.S. • Focus on contract negotiation, review and drafting, risk management and general legal advice • Assist in review of internal shared services documentation, including leases and vendor agreements • Develop positive relationships with employees across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school and a member of at least one State Bar in good standing • 3 to 8 yrs of experience in-house (particularly within the commercial real estate or professional services industry preferred) • Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in a fast-paced and high-volume environment • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking with focus on practical client advice on legal risks • Strong organizational, time management and project management skills • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) • Knowledge of general commercial law and real estate agreements & transactions preferred
