• REMOTE POSITION • ABOUT TRUDATARX, TruDataRx, Inc. uses objective clinical data to help clients improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the costs of pharmacy benefits for its members. • We are independent from all players in the pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution industries, enabling us to best serve our clients. • We value the following characteristics in our team members: Outward Mindset, Entrepreneurial, Humility, and Collaboration • This position is responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to the organization. • In collaboration with the leadership and other departments, the position is responsible for ensuring that the organization is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. • This position will also provide investigative, document review, and conduct legal research to support the contractual and legal matters managed by the Legal Department pertaining to business. • Provide legal advice and guidance to the company on a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to contracts, employment law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance. • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents. • Maintains corporate book and database of contractual agreements • Corresponds with clients and vendors on contractual matters, redline documents in accordance with company policies, and facilitate the completion of negotiations • Represent the company in legal proceedings, including litigation and arbitration. • Manage outside counsel and other legal service providers as needed. • Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure that the company is operating in a legally compliant manner, providing legal training to employees on various legal topics. • Researches and project managements applications for compliance with related state and federal agencies • Supports company efforts for accreditations

🎯 Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of all facets of contract law and document preparation • Active license to practice law in the state where the company is located • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate or in-house setting. • Strong knowledge of contract law, employment law, intellectual property law, and regulatory compliance • Preferred industry experience or certification: Experience in healthcare insurance and/or pharmacy benefit management
