📋 Description

• Partner across all levels of business on negotiating, drafting, and reviewing a broad range of agreements. • Identify, interpret, explain, and advise on various legal issues and associated risks. • Provide risk-balanced, creative, and proactive counsel to relevant business stakeholders. • Develop and implement templates, training and education programs, policies, and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• JD degree from an accredited U.S. law school and active bar membership in good standing. • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with commercial transactions in a law firm or in-house legal department. • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related work experience OR Master’s degree in field with 6+ years of related work experience. • Commercial transactions in the medical diagnostics or healthcare industry • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of agreements • U.S. healthcare fraud and abuse laws, rules, regulations, regulatory guidance, and industry codes, including the federal Anti-Kickback Statute and False Claims Act
