📋 Description
• Partner across clinical, medical affairs, marketing, finance, business development, operations, and sales. • Negotiate, draft, and review a broad range of agreements. • Identify, interpret, explain, and advise on various legal issues and associated risks. • Provide risk-balanced, creative, and proactive counsel to stakeholders. • Develop and implement templates, training and education programs, policies, and procedures related to transactions.
🎯 Requirements
• JD degree from an accredited U.S. law school and active bar membership in good standing. • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with commercial transactions in a law firm or in-house legal department. • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related work experience OR Master’s degree in field with 6+ years of related work experience. • Previous experience in: Commercial transactions in the medical diagnostics or healthcare industry • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of agreements • U.S. healthcare fraud and abuse laws, rules, regulations, regulatory guidance, and industry codes.
