• At the heart of AG1 lies a commitment to our mission to empower people to take ownership of their health. • Our ethos is deeply rooted in science, with an unwavering dedication to continuous improvement. • We leverage and contribute to the latest research to deliver a powerful, straightforward solution for optimal health to our customers. • Likewise, our organization puts the same energy into creating an environment that is a reflection of the cultural values that define who we are and how we work together. • AG1 is seeking a business minded Corporate Counsel with a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit to join our Legal team. • We are looking for an attorney who has experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts at scale with knowledge and experience providing advice on data privacy laws and requirements. • The ideal candidate is an organized self-starter, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and organizational needs and has law firm training and experience as in-house counsel.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of meaningful relevant experience in a law firm and in-house legal department, preferred experience in a consumer facing company. • J.D. from ABA accredited program. • Active bar membership in any state. • Significant experience negotiating, drafting, and solving issues for various types of commercial contracts, including those relating to NDAs, SaaS agreements, vendor agreements, marketing agreements, and strategic partnership agreements. • Knowledge of global and domestic privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR and CCPA and experience implementing global privacy and data security compliance programs, policies and processes to meet legal requirements. • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of being a relationship builder and the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels of the organization. • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and hyper-growth environment with a consistent “can-do” attitude. • Experience in advising on high-stakes business decisions where legal and business risks must be balanced. • Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple work streams at once. • A full life outside of work with personal passions and hobbies!
