🎯 Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in general business law, with a focus on gaming, media, entertainment, or tech startups. • Background in Big Law preferred, but ready to escape traditional practice. • Strong experience in gaming and sweepstakes law is a huge plus. • Expertise in contract negotiation, employment law, and risk management. • A proactive, business-first mindset—comfortable making decisions in fast-moving environments. • NOT a litigator—we are looking for a strategic legal partner, not trial experience. • Highly independent, capable of handling a wide range of legal responsibilities. • Excited about flexible, remote work with a lot of responsibility and room to grow.
