📋 Description

• The Legal Advisory Team (LAT) is the key strategic partner for PERSUIT’s Fortune 500 corporate legal departments. We are seeking a strategic and analytical consultant to join the team and be instrumental in redefining the industry standards for outside counsel management. • Key elements of your role include: • Strategic Influence: You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex legal challenges in outside counsel management and developing forward-thinking strategies that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their programs. • Industry Leadership: Engage with top-tier legal departments and leading thought leadership initiatives to position PERSUIT as the premier expert in best practices for sourcing external legal services. • Data Driven Innovation: Leverage data analytics and industry trends to uncover opportunities for cost optimization, process improvement, and strategic sourcing in the legal domain. • Collaborative Impact: Working closely with cross-functional teams—including Client Experience, Sales, Product and Engineering, Marketing, and Data—you will ensure that our go-to-market strategies are aligned with the market needs. • Transformational Growth: Your contributions will directly influence the evolution of legal advisory practices, pushing the boundaries of traditional legal services and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation for our team and clients. • By joining PERSUIT, you will not only advance your career but also play a crucial role in transforming the legal services industry.

🎯 Requirements

• Strategic Consultation: Advise corporate legal departments on best practices for their PERSUIT programs with a particular focus on RFPs, alternative fee models, panel development, spend management, and outside counsel management best practices. • Data Analysis: Conduct spend management assessment and review PERSUIT data to identify trends and behaviours in outside counsel management to develop actionable insights. • Technical Support: Be a product expert and offer technical support to both clients and law firms on optimizing their use of the tool. • Thought Leadership: Supporting LAT content development through webinars, reports, and industry events to educate the legal market. • Industry Evangelism: Assist in LATs efforts in sharing their knowledge and expertise from PERSUIT throughout the industry through events, client and prospect engagements, and generally being involved and active in the legal department space. • Resource Development: Create templates, frameworks, and guides to standardize industry best practices. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Client Experience, Sales, Product, Design, Engineering, and Data to ensure our Go-To-Market goals and priorities are met.
