📋 Description
• As Corporate Counsel, you will combine strategic planning, legal expertise, and operational excellence to drive sustainable growth and ensure compliant expansion of our blockchain initiatives. • This role offers an opportunity to shape the future of decentralized technology while navigating complex regulatory landscapes. • Working at the intersection of innovation and compliance, you'll collaborate with one of the most forward-thinking teams in the blockchain space. • This role will require occasional travel for regulatory conferences, stakeholder meetings, and industry events.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years in strategy, operations, or legal roles within blockchain, fintech, or technology companies. • Law degree (JD) or equivalent legal qualification preferred; MBA or related advanced degree is a plus. • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, crypto regulations, and financial services compliance frameworks. • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex strategies while navigating regulatory requirements. • Excellence in data-driven decision making and strategic problem solving. • Outstanding ability to articulate complex legal and strategic concepts to diverse audiences. • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
