β€’ Manage and grow Cepheid business within assigned geography for customer and prospect accounts β€’ Drive multi-departmental sale from introduction to closure and implementation β€’ Negotiate and manage contracts with Key Accounts β€’ Introduce and develop new testing in POC β€’ Develop demand for, and adoption of, new assays and instrumentation β€’ Work closely with internal resources to develop and implement customer-specific sales strategies β€’ Develop and deliver presentations and proposals, host and assist with product shows

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Oncology, Virology, Economics or similar β€’ 2+ years of relevant work experience in a sale position within hospital and private lab environment β€’ Strong track record of sales success, specifically in selling high value products β€’ Skilled using a CRM application(s) such as Salesforce.com or others β€’ Fluent in German and English β€’ Previous experience in solution selling/consultative sales approach is a plus β€’ Expertise with demand creation and multi-departmental hospital sales is a plus β€’ Customer focus and relationship building skills β€’ Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills β€’ Strong oral and written communications skills β€’ Ability to work independently and in a team
