📋 Description

• Develop and execute global integrated marketing communications plans • Own the IMC workstream within the New Product Launch Excellence Process • Utilize segmentation and voice of customer insights to map out the customer journey • Lead the creation and production of high-value, customer-facing materials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, business, science or related field with 9+ years of related experience OR Master’s degree and 7+ years of related experience • Experience in a scientific industry or other highly-regulated industry • Proven experience leading cross-functional projects in a matrixed global organization or agency • Intermediate understanding of digital marketing, content management systems, marketing automation and Google Analytics is preferred • Preferred experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, and strategic execution • Ability to solve complex problems, exercise analytical judgment, and identify innovative solutions • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey messages concisely and clearly across multiple channels to a global audience
