β’ Responsible for the maintenance of the physician panel. β’ Negotiating costs with physicians within pre-established guidelines. β’ Onboarding new physicians based on Client needs. β’ Assist with maintaining physician profiles, updated fees, and deactivate/reactivate physicians. β’ Sourcing/Fulfillment of Open Service Requests for urgent network recruitment. β’ Work closely with operational teams for physician specialties need. β’ Other duties and special projects as assigned.
β’ Physician recruitment experience in a Healthcare/Insurance setting or equivalent transferable skill set. β’ Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred. β’ Working knowledge of physician networks, recruitment, medical specialties, and terminology. β’ General knowledge of State and Federal compliance guidelines. β’ Strong negotiation skills and communication skills. β’ Understanding of medical terminology, critical thinking, and organizational skills. β’ Ability to manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines. β’ Computer literacy and typing skills are required.
