Description

• The Senior Reporting Analyst leads planning, analysis, documentation, and execution of business requirements. • Demonstrates strong productivity, critical thinking, collaboration, and professionalism. • Involves providing training and support to the team. • Fulfill all internal and client-driven reporting and analytical requests. • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and generate ongoing reports. • Identify and communicate trends in data that can lead to business process improvements. • Ensure data accuracy and appropriateness for client distribution. • Meet monthly sales deadlines and client-driven reporting timelines. • Act as a liaison between business and technology teams. • Collaborate with internal contacts and supervisors.

Requirements

• Preferred experience in healthcare and/or insurance industries. • Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience. • Proficiency in PC/MAC platforms, including Excel, and Google Sheets. • Experience with AWS Quicksight and SQL for data extraction and manipulation is a plus. • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. • Familiarity with industry jargon, workflow, and claims processing. • Ability to multitask and manage various tasks efficiently. • Strong documentation skills to keep all stakeholders informed and ensure project goals are met.
