Description
• Analyze and optimize technical systems and processes. • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues. • Assist in planning, executing, and managing technical projects. • Collect and analyze data to support technical decision-making. • Assist in the implementation of new systems and technologies. • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Provide training to end-users on new systems.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Technical Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role. • Strong understanding of technical systems, software, and hardware. • Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. • Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
