• CoW DAO is on a mission to protect Ethereum users from the dangers of DeFi. • Support the development of CoW Protocol, CoW Swap, MEV Blocker, and CoW AMM. • Shape essential products and contribute to the Ethereum ecosystem. • Identify opportunities for partnerships that align with our growth strategy. • Develop understanding of the products and services of potential partners. • Convince potential partners to integrate CoW DAO products, negotiate contracts, and project-manage implementations. • Create and maintain sales enablement materials to assist the BD team. • Monitor the strength of existing partnerships and support them in ongoing development efforts. • Forecast DeFi trends to position CoW DAO products for emerging opportunities. • Represent CoW DAO at industry events to enhance visibility. • Foster cross-team collaboration between business development, product, and marketing teams. • Report on the success of initiatives internally, and identify ways to scale impact.
• Extensive experience in sales or business development, ideally within the DeFi industry. • Experience within a blockchain protocol or the broader Web3 ecosystem, with a solid understanding of blockchain tech and applications like wallets, AMMs, MEVs, lending platforms, consumer finance applications and other DeFi protocols. • Great at building and leveraging relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders in the blockchain and crypto space. • A strategic business thinker with a can-do attitude and a track record of delivering successful partnerships in crypto. • A convincing presenter that knows how to tell a compelling story with data. • Able to understand the technical complexities and dependencies of projects across DeFi. • An excellent communicator in person and online (synchronously and asynchronously); great over email and Telegram. • Entrepreneurial – able to set personal targets and deliver them in a results-oriented environment with infrequent oversight. • Determined and results-oriented. • Highly process-oriented. • Able to operate at a variety of speeds (quick or slow burn). • Ruthlessly manages their time to focus only on the most impactful opportunities.
