Your focus will be on user acquisition, retention, and conversion through measurable campaigns and growth loops. • Dapper Labs is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to drive audience growth, expand our user base, increase revenue, and deepen community engagement across our IPs, including Disney Pinnacle and CryptoKitties. • You thrive on data-driven experimentation paired with compelling creative, scaling growth quickly through Web3-native tools such as incentives, gamification, airdrops, staking, and referral campaigns. • You excel at prioritizing short-term performance metrics, including active users, conversion rates, and growth loops. • As part of the team at the forefront of blockchain technology, you will play a pivotal role in connecting users with groundbreaking products and experiences.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices. • Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit and/or background with the ability to adapt strategies in a fast-paced environment. • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with experience crafting compelling campaigns. • Proven experience in marketing roles, ideally in the tech, blockchain, entertainment, sports or gaming industries. • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools to measure, track, and optimize campaign performance. • Experience managing budgets and resources to achieve measurable results. • Passion for blockchain technology and a deep understanding of Web3 ecosystems. • Ideally you have bought NFT’s, tokens and/or cryptocurrencies. • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills • Proven experience in marketing roles, ideally in the tech, blockchain, entertainment, sports or gaming industries.
