Description

• As a (Senior) Product Data Analyst at DataCamp, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining world-class client reporting capabilities. • Reporting to the Director of Analytics, you will ensure that our customers understand the value of our platform by making it easy for them to accurately track how their users are leveraging and improving their skills using DataCamp. • You'll be deeply involved in working with the product and customer success teams to optimize our client reporting portal, data connectors (APIs), and internal dashboards. • You will influence changes by bringing data to the table and promoting data-driven development and decision-making. • Be successful by collaborating with a strong team of software engineers, data scientists, data engineers, product managers, and customer success leaders.

Requirements

• Has 3+ years of experience in product, client reporting analytics or a related field. • Has strong storytelling skills with a track record of presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Is highly skilled in SQL and has 2+ years of experience using BI Tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.). • Can easily connect analytics solutions to business outcomes. • Has strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to come to rigorous and defensible solutions to complex and open-ended problems. • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. • Has a passion for DataCamp’s mission of data and AI literacy.
