• At JobLeads our mission is to enable jobseekers to land a better job faster. • We are active in 40+ countries and our products reach over 4 million users monthly. • Join a dynamic and data-driven team dedicated to leveraging insights for strategic decision-making. • As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights. • You will design and maintain data models, develop interactive reports, and work closely with stakeholders to enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization. • Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive Power BI dashboards to provide clear, insightful visualizations that support strategic decision-making. • Utilize SQL and Python to extract, manipulate, and analyze large data sets, designing scalable data models to streamline reporting. • Work closely with IT, product, and marketing teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective data solutions. • Conduct in-depth analysis of complex data sets to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities. • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across multiple sources by implementing quality control measures and automated checks. • Maintain thorough documentation of methodologies, models, and processes, presenting findings in a clear and actionable manner. • Continuously evaluate and optimize reporting processes, identifying inefficiencies and implementing innovative solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience – Senior-level experience in data analysis or business intelligence, preferably in a B2C online environment. • Technical Skills – Proficiency in Power BI, SQL Server, and Python, with expertise in data modeling and visualization. • Microsoft Tech Expertise – Strong familiarity with Microsoft technologies and platforms for seamless system integration. • Analytical Mindset – Exceptional problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. • Communication Skills – Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable presentations for non-technical stakeholders. • Collaboration – Proven ability to work effectively across teams, including technical, product, and marketing departments.
