• Die Dataciders GmbH ist führender Dienstleister im IT- Serviceumfeld mit Fokus auf Data und AI im deutschsprachigen Raum. • Du entwickelst und implementierst eine effektive Liquiditätsstrategie, um die verfügbaren Mittel optimal zu nutzen. • Du richtest eine gruppenweite Cash-Richtlinie ein und entwickelst sie kontinuierlich weiter. • Du überwachst die täglichen Cash-Positionen und gibst fundierte Empfehlungen für kurzfristige Investitionen oder Kreditaufnahmen. • Du erstellst präzise und umfassende Cashflow-Prognosen, die die Anforderungen der verschiedenen Geschäftsbereiche berücksichtigen. • Du verantwortest die Einführung gruppenweiter Cash-Forecasts sowie für die Definition und Umsetzung von Berichtsstandards. • Du stellst sicher, dass regulatorische Anforderungen und relevante Finanzvorschriften durch geeignete Treasury-Prozesse eingehalten werden.
🎯 Requirements
• Du hast einen Masterabschluss in Business Administration, Economics oder Finance & Accounting. • Du bringst mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung im Management leistungsstarker Finanzstrukturen in größeren mittelständischen Unternehmen mit, idealerweise in einem Umfeld mit starken M&A-Aktivitäten. • Du bist sehr versiert im Umgang mit verschiedenen Cash-Planning-Tools, ERP-Systemen, Banking-Tools sowie Office 365. • Du hast umfassende Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Private Equity und mit Senior-Debt-Strukturen. • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch – sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich.
