📋 Description
• Zyklische Finanzberichte & Analysen: Erstellung von Finanzberichten, einschließlich Jahresbudgets, Quartalsprognosen und Kostenanalysen. • Trends & Potenziale erkennen: Analyse von Geschäftsdaten und finanziellen Kennzahlen zur Identifikation von Trends, Risiken und Chancen. • Optimierung der Finanzperformance: Durchführung von Analysen zur Bewertung und Steigerung der finanziellen Leistung des Unternehmens. • Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit: Enge Kooperation mit internen Stakeholdern zur Verbesserung der Datenqualität und interner Prozesse. • Strategische Analysen & Projekte: Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Analysen für das Management und aktive Mitarbeit an Unternehmensprojekten.
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes Bachelor Studium im Bereich Finance oder vergleichbar, Master-Abschluss , weitere Zertifikate von Vorteil. • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Positionen. • Sicherer Umgang mit Finanzsoftware & Analysetools (z.B. Excel, SAP S/4, Power BI, Tableau u.a.). • Zwingend: Englisch auf professionellem Niveau (mind. CEFR Level B2+). • Erfahrungen mit Vertriebsunternehmen, bzw. Firmen mit kleinen Produktionseinheiten. • Einschlägige Erfahrungen in Finanzanalyse, Budgetierung, Forecast und Business-Analyse. • Affinität für Zahlen. • Prozessorientiertes Denken mit einem Fokus auf kontinuierliche Verbesserung. • Lernbereitschaft. • Offene Kommunikation und Motivation zur Arbeit innerhalb eines Teams und mit verschiedenen Abteilungen. • Strukturierte, analytische und effiziente Arbeitsweise – auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld. • Begeisterung für IT und Business Intelligence.
