This role will require independent collaboration with customers to develop impactful features that align with broader product strategies as well as cross-functional collaboration across various internal teams including marketing, services, and support to highlight the value propositions of features in each release.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience • Strong Industry and/or technical background with the ability to dive into product details and collaborate with development teams • Understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques • Proven ability to create and lead long-term strategic roadmaps while driving short-term tactical execution • Capable of operating independently and managing multiple priorities • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to different stakeholders • Ability to navigate challenges, using sound judgement to assess risks and recommend data-driven solutions • Proven ability to engage with customers, company leaders, and cross-functional teams in a constructive and collaborative relationship • Experience with feed formulation software, software development, nutrition and labeling regulations preferred
